Coffee Cream

Ingredients
- 100 ml strong espresso coffee
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream (already sweetened if you prefer a sweeter cream)
Preparation
- Prepare the espresso coffee and let it cool completely. Remember that it must be very strong to maintain its aroma even after mixing it with the other ingredients.
- In a bowl, combine the cold coffee with the granulated sugar.
- Whip the cream until it becomes firm.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee and sugar mixture, trying to maintain as much of the air incorporated during whipping as possible.
- Place the coffee cream in the fridge for at least an hour before serving it.
