Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of 00 flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar (to taste)
  • Ground cinnamon (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a light and frothy mixture.
  4. Add the oil and milk, continuing to mix.

  6. Add the apple pieces to the batter and mix gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured bundt pan (or lined with parchment paper).
  8. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the ciambellone comes out clean.
  9. Let the ciambellone cool before unmolding it.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
