Ingredients
- 300 g stale bread
- 200 g sausage
- 300 g broccoli
- 2 eggs

- 500 ml milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
- Butter for greasing the pan
- Breadcrumbs for dusting the pan
Preparation
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the stale bread into cubes and soak it in the milk to soften.
- Clean the broccoli, cut it into florets and blanch in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in a little oil, then add the crumbled sausage. Cook until the sausage turns golden.
