Chocolate Water Cake

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 400 ml water
- 80 ml seed oil
- 16 g baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Slowly add the water and seed oil, continuing to stir to avoid lumps.
- When the batter is well combined and smooth, pour it into a previously buttered mold or lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cake and let it cook for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Once cooked, let it cool before removing from the mold and serving.
