- Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
- Chopped parsley (as needed)
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- Cherry tomatoes (about 10-12)

Preparation
- If you are not using already cleaned fillets, start by filleting the sea bream and removing the bones. Cut the fillets into small pieces.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta and cook the mezze penne according to the package instructions, draining them al dente.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, gently sauté the crushed garlic in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the sea bream pieces to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes, until it becomes golden.
- Deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the tomatoes start to break down, forming a sauce.
- Adjust with salt and pepper and add a pinch of chopped parsley.
- When the mezze penne are ready, drain them and add to the pan with the sea bream sauce.
- Toss in the pan to combine the seasoning well, for about a minute.
