Ingredients
- 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 100 g grated parmesan
- 100 g speck fillets
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or rectangles of your preferred size.
- Place the puff pastry pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and prick them lightly with a fork to prevent them from puffing up too much.

- Once the pastries are ready, let them cool for a moment.
- Spread the parmesan cream on the surface of the now cooled pastries.
- Top each pastry with speck fillets arranged on the cream.
