Tagliatelle with Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g egg tagliatelle
- 300 g peeled shrimp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Start by preparing the shrimp: clean them by removing the shell and intestinal vein, then rinse under cold running water and pat dry.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the crushed garlic until golden, then remove it.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and let them brown for a couple of minutes, then deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate.
- Pour the cream into the skillet, adjust salt and pepper, and let the sauce cook over low heat for about 5-10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg tagliatelle al dente.
- Drain the pasta and transfer it to the skillet with the shrimp sauce, mixing well to combine the ingredients.
- Add the fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
