Trivia
The crescenza, also called stracchino in some Italian regions, is a fresh and soft cheese that melts easily with heat. With a delicate flavor, it pairs very well with the stronger taste of tuna. This recipe is very versatile and can be customized with the addition of other ingredients like capers, olives or sun-dried tomatoes for a tasty touch.
