Ingredients

Preparation

  2. Form meatballs the size of a walnut, making sure to compact them well to prevent them from falling apart during cooking.
  3. Take the glass jars and place one or two meatballs inside each jar, depending on the size. It is not necessary to oil or grease the jars.
  4. Close the jars with the lid, making sure they are tightly closed.
  5. Arrange the jars in a deep pot and fill the pot with hot water until it reaches about 3/4 of the height of the jars.
