Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Glass jars with airtight lids
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and if desired a pinch of nutmeg and minced garlic. Mix all ingredients well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Form meatballs the size of a walnut, making sure to compact them well to prevent them from falling apart during cooking.
- Take the glass jars and place one or two meatballs inside each jar, depending on the size. It is not necessary to oil or grease the jars.
- Close the jars with the lid, making sure they are tightly closed.
- Arrange the jars in a deep pot and fill the pot with hot water until it reaches about 3/4 of the height of the jars.
- Bring the water to a temperature of 80-85 °C (it should not boil) and cook at this temperature for about 45-60 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the meatballs and the type of jar.
- After the cooking time, use tongs to gently remove the jars from the water and let them cool for a few minutes before opening them.
- Serve the meatballs hot directly from the jar or by gently removing them and arranging them on a plate.
