Chocolate and Strawberry Tortino

Ingredients
- 200 g good-quality dark chocolate
- 100 g butter, plus a little extra for greasing the molds
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g flour, plus a little extra for dusting the molds
- 3 large eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fresh strawberries (about 200 g or to taste)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease and lightly flour the tortino molds.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler together with the butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, wash, dry and cut the strawberries into pieces, setting some aside for decoration.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and frothy. Add the flour and pinch of salt, mixing gently.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and stir with a spatula until homogeneous.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared molds, place some strawberry pieces in the center, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Once baked, let the tortini rest for a couple of minutes, then unmold onto serving plates.
- Decorate with the reserved fresh strawberries and, if desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
