Ingredients
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml milk
- 225 g 00 flour
- 75 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter and flour for greasing and flouring the pan
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a frothy and pale mixture.
- Add the vegetable oil and milk, continuing to stir.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, then gradually incorporate them into the liquid mixture.
- Mix well to obtain a smooth batter without lumps.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan, then pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake the bundt cake for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bundt cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
