Ingredients
- 320 g of pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne or other shape that holds the sauce well)
- 400 g fresh tuna
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil to cook the pasta.
- Meanwhile, cut the fresh tuna into cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and lightly sauté the garlic cloves until golden.
- Remove the garlic and add the fresh tuna cubes to the skillet. Sear the tuna briefly (the tuna should remain pink inside).
