Nutellotti

Ingredients

  • 180 g Nutella (or other hazelnut and cocoa spread)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 large egg

  2. Gradually add the sifted flour, combining well with a wooden spoon or spatula until a compact dough forms.

  5. Gently press the center of each ball with your finger to create a cavity.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Remove the Nutellotti from the oven and let them cool completely on the tray before moving them, as they will be very soft and may break.
  8. Once cooled, fill the cavities with a teaspoon of Nutella.
  9. Your Nutellotti are ready to serve!
