Ingredients
- 320 g di paccheri
- 200 g di salsiccia
- 2 zucchine medie
- 200 ml di panna da cucina
- 1 cipolla piccola
- Olio extravergine d’oliva q.b.
- Sale e pepe q.b.
- parmigiano grattugiato (facoltativo)
Preparazione
- Start by finely chopping the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Remove the casing from the sausage and crumble it, then add it to the sauté. Let the sausage brown well until it is nicely golden.
- Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut them into half-moons or cubes, depending on your preference.
- When the sausage is browned, add the zucchini to the pan. Sauté everything for a few minutes until the zucchini soften slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper and, if desired, a pinch of chili flakes if you like a spicy touch.
- Pour in the cooking cream and cook over medium-low heat for a few minutes, until you have a slightly reduced cream.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the paccheri according to the package instructions for al dente.
- Drain the pasta and transfer it directly to the pan with the sausage and zucchini sauce.
- Toss the paccheri in the sauce to ensure both the pasta and the sauce maintain the right creaminess.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
