Penne with Chicken and Mushroom Cream

Ingredients
- 300 g of penne rigate
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200 g of button mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
- Grated Parmesan (for serving)
Preparation
- Put a pot with plenty of salted water on the heat to cook the penne.
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into cubes and slice the button mushrooms after cleaning them.
