Penne with Zucchini and Speck

Ingredients
- 320 g penne rigate
- 2 medium zucchini
- 100 g sliced speck
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Start by cutting the zucchini into rounds or sticks, as you prefer.
- Finely slice the onion and cut the speck into strips.
- Place a pan on the heat with the oil and onion, letting it sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the zucchini to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- While the zucchini are cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
