Trivia
White chocolate, lacking the cocoa mass found in traditional chocolate, is sweeter and rich in cocoa butter, sugars, and milk. This makes it perfect for desserts where an intense sweetness is desired without the classic bitter cocoa flavor. Moreover, the pairing with lemon is a classic example of sweet-acidic contrast that awakens the palate and refreshes the mouth after every bite.
