Lasagne with Taleggio, Speck, and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 250 g egg lasagne (preferably fresh)
- 200 g taleggio
- 150 g sliced speck
- 100 g shelled walnuts
- 500 ml béchamel
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Butter to taste for the baking dish
- Flour to taste for dusting

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Prepare the béchamel by heating the milk with salt and pepper. In a separate saucepan, melt a knob of butter, add the flour and cook for a few minutes. Gradually add the hot milk, stirring to avoid lumps until you obtain a thick sauce. Season with a dusting of nutmeg.
- Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan or in the oven and then roughly chop them.
- Cut the taleggio into cubes or thin slices.
- Butter a baking dish and spread a little béchamel on the bottom.
- Arrange a layer of lasagne, cover with a layer of béchamel, and distribute the taleggio, speck, and chopped walnuts.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then sprinkle with a little Parmesan.
- Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, finishing with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan and a few knobs of butter.
- Bake the lasagne for about 20-30 minutes or until a golden and crispy crust forms on the surface.
- Let the lasagne rest for a few minutes before serving.
