Orange Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- The grated zest of 1 orange (organic, if possible)
- 160 ml fresh orange juice
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (optional, for decorating)
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a light and fluffy mixture.
- Add the oil in a steady stream while continuing to mix.
- Incorporate the grated orange zest and the fresh orange juice into the mixture.
- In another bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and the pinch of salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring gently to avoid lumps.
- Pour the batter into a bundt pan that has been previously buttered and floured.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the bundt cake from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
