Trivia

The orange cake is a very versatile dessert: it can be enriched with the addition of dried fruit such as almonds or walnuts, or it can be accompanied by custard or a scoop of ice cream for a richer dessert. Furthermore, it is a cake that lends itself well to replacing traditional flour with gluten-free flours, therefore also suitable for those following a gluten-free diet.
